Made of recycled rubber tires from Nepal, these bags are
hand stitched by paraplegics who have suffered spinal injury and are being
rehabilitated at the SIRC hospital in Banepa, Nepal and working with Sadle.
(Read more about Sadle below). The
alternative for disposing of tires in Nepal is to burn them. Sadle collects
these tires to do their part for the environment. Three colorful zippers - two
outside pockets in addition to one main compartment - and a nylon wrist strap
make this a handy bag for travel or everyday use. The individual character of the tires makes each bag unique.
