Organic Coconut Milk has so many uses in cooking for curries, soups and sauces, drinks, frozen desserts and baking. It also makes the best whipped cream. Just refrigerate a few hours or overnight, drain the water and use only the hard white solid. Process like you would whipping cream. You can add a little sugar and vanilla extract, or use as it is. It will keep for a few days refrigerated.
