Considered one of China's most famous green teas, the name is in honor of a dragon that appeared to farmers in the Dragonwell region praying for rain. Apparently the dragon answered their prayers and today we can enjoy this full bodied, mildly sweet tea. Since this is a strong tea, you can use less and steep for only 2-3 minutes. Add one minute for repeated infusions. After you enjoy your tea, you can read the leaves.
