Priority or Express Mail (overnight). USPS
Priority Mail normally delivers in 2 to 3 days, but offers no guarantee.
Express shipping guarantees delivery on the next day (after shipping) in most cities with
some outlying areas delivered on the second day. A signature is required
with Express Mail delivery, unless you notify us to waive the signature
requirement. Express Mail offers
delivery to most locations 365 days a year, with an additional
fee for Sundays and holidays.
Insurance, up to $100, is included with Express shipping. Shipping discounts are limited to addresses within the U.S. |

| Returns & Exchanges |
| We try to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you may return purchased items in brand new condition - no scent retention and with tags attached - for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs, within 30 days. If you return an item for exchange, we will pay the shipping on the new item. There is a 20% restocking fee on opened CDs. Returns received after 30 days and up to 60 days will be awarded an online credit certificate. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on consumables and open containers but will correct any problems. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning products except for errors made by us. |
